Online Order Agreement: I understand that Grants Pass Video Mart will fulfill orders to the best of their ability. Grants Pass Video Mart does not warranty or guarantee that any or all rental products are in stock during the time of order placement. Orders will be filled in the order that they are received. Rental Agreement: I understand that if I fail to return our property by the agreed upon time, Grants Pass Video Mart will seek full prosecution and restitution under the THEFT II laws of Oregon Rental accounts are required to be paid in full within ten (10) days. An account that is not paid within ten days is subject to collection fees which include: 15% per month interest rate $15 collection fee Other reasonable fees incurred due to nonpayment of the account $25 service charge on all returned checks. I understand that if I do not return rented merchandise I will be charged the full replacement cost for said item(s) and may be subject to prosecution for theft of rental property in accordance with the law. I understand that I will be held responsible for all damages to said merchandise due to my negligence. If I fail to return the merchandise after a specified time allotted by this facility, I agree to pay all fees, late charges, and duties deemed necessary by Grants Pass Video Mart.
